- Detail: Camplin Bianco introduced this site to LXB. We identified and advised on the acquisition of this mixed use, c.20 acre, master plan site and development scheme. LXB obtained a planning consent for a scheme anchored on a 55,000 sq ft foodstore (pre-let to Morrison), in addition to some 40,000 sq ft retail warehousing, food, leisure, and a further 70,000 sq ft of trade and employment uses.Other occupiers include KFC, B&M and Iceland. Neats Court forms part of a wider regeneration program and mixed use development promoted by The Crown Estate and SEEDA known as the Queenborough and Rushenden Masterplan. The Crown and SEEDA’s proposals will include up to 2,000 new homes, over one million sq ft of employment space, education, health / community uses and a new 180 berth marina.
