Porter Property Fund
Camplin Bianco are advisors to the Porter Property Fund and a number of connected companies. We were first approached in 2013 to give advice in respect of a portfolio of commercial property assets. We produced an initial report setting out the main issues and making recommendations to improve the quality of the portfolio. In making those proposals, we took into account the locations and types of property, their ages and conditions, the quality of the tenants and the length of leases unexpired as well as other factors such as recent valuations and any outstanding loans. This comprehensive approach enabled us to give rounded advice upon which the client was able to rely.
Subsequently, Camplin Bianco have been instrumental in arranging disposals, obtaining planning consents, undertaking further development appraisal work and providing property support to the client.
