2. £7-10M – Single let office buildings, good covenants, 12 years plus 6%+.

 

3. <£2.5M – Retail in good towns, good position, covenant strength and lease length less important – 5.5%+.

 

£250k-1.5M – High street retail, well let, southern towns 6%+
